Simple Wedding Cake
I assembled this cake at the reception venue. I had a little audience. Added to the nerves of making this look great! My cousin recorded the assembly process and made an awesome video for me.
Thanksgiving is not Thanksgiving without Lemon Merengue Pie
This delicious pie is a family favorite. My mom use to auction these homemade pies off for a pretty penny at church functions. It is my all time favorite! I know I have succeeded when my dad puts a bite in his mouth, his eyes close, and all I hear is a quiet, low moan. I make many of these to share at Thanksgiving, but one is solely for my dad!
Car's Cake
Loved making this cake for a super cute 3 year old. His eyes lit up when he saw it! Priceless!!!
